Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Handle client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Assist in creating sales strategies in collaboration with the management to meet business objectives.
Oversee the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure a smooth client experience and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-6 years in sales and team handling, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends (fixed weekly off on a weekday).
Should possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Real Estate experience is not required.
