product sales, leads closing, client communication, marketplaces, and corporate orders

Key ResponsibilitiesIndiaMART Sales & Lead Management
Handle all IndiaMART enquiries in real-time
Call leads, understand requirements, build trust, share catalogues
Convert enquiries into orders through proper follow-up
Maintain high response rate and lead score
Manage quotations, pricing sheets & negotiation
B2B & Corporate Sales
Generate new leads from corporate gifting agencies, hotels, offices, retailers
Approach bulk buyers for wooden decor, gifting products, packaging, MDF craft
Pitch ASOBO catalogue to new clients and close bulk orders
Maintain strong follow-up with high-ticket customers
Build & manage long-term relationships with corporate clients
Wholesale & Distributor Sales
Connect with wholesalers, retailers, gifting stores
Create distributor-wise pricing and margins
Coordinate orders with production once confirmed
Operational Responsibilities
Coordinate with production for customization, delivery timelines
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, GST invoices when needed
Maintain CRM, call logs, follow-up sheets, conversion reports
Ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Strong selling, negotiation & closing skills
Experience handling IndiaMART leads (MANDATORY for strong preference)
Understanding of B2B, wholesale & corporate gifting sales
Good time management & disciplined follow-up skills
Basic Excel & CRM knowledge
Self-driven, ambitious and accountable personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?14,838.05 - ?25,000.00 per month
