Position: Business Development Sr/Manager - SME B2B Sales Job Role:
Lead engagement with founder led SMEs in the sustainability sector to generate leads for B2B financing pan India.
Originate leads, generate customer interest by understanding the potential clients requirement and structure products as per their business requirements, and maintain long term relationship with clients.
Active engagements with leads through industry networking avenues- both online and offline.
Create monthly/quarterly origination plan to generate B2B leads from targeted sectors- Agri, Climate, health or women led businesses.
Reach out and empanelment of Channel Partners/ Incubation Centres
Monthly MIS Sales reporting
Maintain high client service satisfaction though out the process.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Venture Capital or Venture Debt, doing B2B / MSME lending is a must*
Sales experience catering to customers from Agri/ Climate / Health/Women focussed business, is a must*
Bachelor's/masters degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting B2B sales quotas.
Analytical skills and understanding of financial statements / balance sheets.
Excellent management and organizational skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
