Role Overview:


We are looking for a

Business Development Manager - SaaS & B2B Sales

to accelerate lead generation, outreach, and revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and building long-term client relationships, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, qualify, and convert potential B2B leads via outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting. Manage and grow the sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and schedule impactful product demos with decision-makers. Research industry trends to uncover new business opportunities in the SaaS and IT space. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to refine and optimize sales strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (preferably in B2B). Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS industry dynamics. Proficiency in email marketing and LinkedIn-based outreach is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in SaaS or software sales. Knowledge of sales funnel management. Ability to analyze sales data and improve outreach strategies.

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?580,000.00 per year
