Build strategic alliances with startups, accelerators, research organizations, and industry associations.
Event Participation & Delegation Building
Drive registrations for exhibitors, speakers, delegates, and award nominees.
Engage with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI professionals, and academic leaders for summit participation.
Government & International Outreach
Collaborate with embassies, trade councils, and government bodies to invite international speakers and delegations.
Identify and work with state governments for policy roundtables and co-branded summits.
Marketing & Promotions Support
Coordinate with internal teams for digital campaigns, event branding, and media planning.
Represent GAISA at relevant expos, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote partnerships.
Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Maintain CRM records, generate MIS reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and participation targets aligned with the GAISA event roadmap.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering/Tech-related field.
2-6 years of experience in business development, event sponsorship, or B2B sales in technology or AI sectors.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including startups, government AI initiatives, and corporate tech trends.
Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to partnerships.
Preferred:
Prior experience in managing large-scale conferences or technology exhibitions.
Understanding of Indian and global AI market players and stakeholders.
