Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Promote workshops, seminars, and beauty education programs organized by Shubharambh Foundation.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term associations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and educators.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for brand growth.
Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and training programs.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with beauty industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Experience in the
beauty, salon, or education industry
will be an added advantage.
