Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the education technology sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with educational institutions, corporates, and channel partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and workshops for potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in events, seminars, and conferences to promote Gradus Innovation's offerings.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and performance reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the
EdTech
or
Education Services
sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
