Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities for our core services - Communication Solutions (including Design & Content Creation), Event Management, and Digital Marketing - within the Jaipur region. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking abilities, a deep understanding of market needs, and a proven track record in driving sales and forging lasting client partnerships. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for our creative prowess and integrated marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key industries, potential clients (e.g., hospitality, retail, education, real estate, manufacturing, SMEs), and emerging trends in communication, events, and digital marketing within Jaipur.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with Pramact's growth objectives, focusing on penetrating new sectors and expanding existing client relationships.
Identify competitive landscapes and articulate Pramact's unique value proposition effectively.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Proactively generate high-quality leads through diverse channels, including cold outreach, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, professional associations, and online platforms.
Initiate and build rapport with key decision-makers (e.g., Marketing Managers, Brand Heads, CEOs, Event Coordinators) in target organizations.
Effectively articulate Pramact's comprehensive suite of services - from crafting compelling brand stories and visual identities (design & content) to executing flawless events and driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and creative impact.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements that align with client needs and agency capabilities.
Negotiate terms and close deals, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams and service delivery is seamless.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize client lifetime value.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, accurately tracking leads, client interactions, and progress.
Provide regular, detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimize business development strategies.
Brand Advocacy & Industry Engagement:
Represent Pramact professionally at industry events, seminars, and networking forums in Jaipur and surrounding areas.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in communication, events, and digital marketing.
Contribute to positioning Pramact as a thought leader and preferred partner in the creative and digital space.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven business development or sales experience, specifically within a creative agency, marketing agency, or a similar service-oriented environment.
Demonstrated experience selling
Communication Solutions (including design & content), Event Management, and/or Digital Marketing services
is essential.
Strong understanding of the Jaipur market and existing professional networks within the local business community.
Verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

CRM Proficiency:
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
Digital Literacy:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development) and their business impact.
Creative Aptitude:
Appreciation for design aesthetics and a basic understanding of content strategy.
Local Fluency:
Proficient in Hindi and English.
Preferred Attributes
Existing rolodex of contacts within key industries in Jaipur (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, education, real estate, retail, manufacturing).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, content writers, developers, event managers).
A portfolio or examples of successful client acquisition in previous roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
