1.Create regional retail Software sales plans. 2.Access the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program. 3.Monitor area sales, channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets. 4.Develop and implement new sales initiative, strategies to capture key demographics 5.Participate in weekly and monthly sales review meetings with the leadership team. 6. Use data insights to optimize sales strategies & Track sales KPI reports
