About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to lead our

Retail Software sales

operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the retail software domain.

If you have a strong sales background in technology or software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

regional sales plans

for retail software solutions. Assess team performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive overall productivity. Monitor area sales and channels, identifying new market opportunities and expansion areas. Design and implement innovative

sales strategies

to target key retail segments. Participate in weekly and monthly

sales review meetings

with leadership. Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and conversion rates. Track and report on

sales KPIs

, targets, and achievements. Manage end-to-end

business development, client acquisition, and retention

activities.

Required Skills & Competencies



Proven experience in

software or retail sales

(minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of

CRM tools and B2B/B2C sales processes

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and presentation

skills. Experience in

upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation

. Strong

analytical and time management

skills. Ability to

manage teams

and meet revenue targets. Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Educational Qualification



Graduate / BBA / MBA (Preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management)
