We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Retail Software to lead and accelerate our regional sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion through effective sales strategies, team supervision, market penetration, and customer relationship management. This role demands strong expertise in retail software sales, lead generation, CRM analytics, and sales team handling, with the ability to analyze performance data and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in guiding Area Sales Managers, designing quarterly performance plans, and contributing to key decisions related to expansion and product/service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute regional retail software sales plans aligned with business goals
Lead, guide and motivate Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
Identify opportunities to expand retail software business across new markets & channels
Track sales KPIs & leverage CRM analytics to optimize sales strategy
Assess strengths & weaknesses of the sales team and improve performance
Conduct weekly/monthly sales review meetings with leadership
Prepare quarterly target vs performance reports based on area potential
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & key stakeholders
Address potential challenges promptly and recommend effective solutions
Participate in business expansion or acquisition decisions
Recommend new services/products & innovative sales techniques to improve customer satisfaction
Act as backup to Sales Manager during absence or emergency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.69 - ?400,000.55 per year
