Designation: Business Development Manager-Retail
/Desired Profile:
? Keep key customers and influencers informed of all new collections in store
? Assisted by the HO marketing team, identify new channels for sales- institutional,
hospitality, etc.
? Unrestricted by geography- will be encouraged to develop customer base.
? Networking, Developing and expanding database of Architects, Interior Decorators
and Builders.
? Shall be responsible to generate Revenue through Project Sales.
? Suggest and Drive the branding activities in the Institutional Sector.
? Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship.
? Analysing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate
Marketing and sales planning.
? Drive sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service
delivery and adherence to company norms.
? Planning and managing the store visual & merchandise displays, implementation of
the sales development & promotional activities as per the plan.
? Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking
payments, maintaining inventory updates(stock taking), handling returns and
refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.
Experience/ Required Skills:
Minimum 8+years relevant experience in Project Sales (furniture, home furnishing and
other creative industries)
Qualification-Graduate/Dip/MBA
