Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA)
Location: Surat (HQ) | Metro cities possible with monthly Surat visits

This is a non-traditional Business Development role focused on building and scaling the retail engine. The role owns retail expansion end to end--store launches, performance, P&L, and team building--while working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to create a scalable, high-performing retail network.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Retail Expansion & Store Launches

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential mall and high-street retail locations.
  • Lead end-to-end store openings across company-owned and franchise formats.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, manage timelines, and ensure flawless launch execution.
Store Performance & Operations
  • Drive revenue growth, conversions, and profitability across existing and new stores.
  • Own multi-unit P&L with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all retail locations.
Team Building & Leadership
  • Hire, train, and manage store managers and frontline retail teams.
  • Define performance standards, KPIs, and incentive structures.
  • Build scalable retail processes, SOPs, and playbooks to support expansion.
Success Metrics
  • Open 4-5 new stores within the first 6 months.
  • Deliver 20%+ growth across existing stores.
  • Launch 10+ stores and drive ?50-70 Cr in revenue within 12 months.
  • Build and scale a high-performing retail team across locations.
Who Should Apply

  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-unit P&L and retail performance.
