Acquire clients for LED frame advertising campaigns. o Bring clients for TVCs, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital content. o End?to?end sales: Lead generation ? Pitching ? Negotiation ? Closure. o Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate client communication. o Maintain daily sales reporting and weekly performance updates. o Build long?term client relationships through consistent follow?ups. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory) o 3-10 years hardcore B2B/B2C sales experience. o Experience in Advertising / Marketing / Media / Production sales preferred. o Excellent spoken & written English. o Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills. o Must be self?driven & target?oriented. o Ability to work remotely without supervision. o Laptop + strong internet connection is mandatory. PERFORMANCE TARGETS o LED Advertising: 6-8 confirmed closures per month. o TVC/Video Production: 2-3 confirmed closings per month. o Combined monthly revenue targets must be achieved.
