Job Summary:



We are seeking a strategic and result-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to lead revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and experience driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement business development strategies. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships. Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage and mentor BDEs / sales team. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Sales & Business Skills:



Strategic planning and deal closure Client acquisition & retention CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Negotiation & communication skills(must) Team leadership & coaching

Business Acumen:



Understanding of market positioning Revenue forecasting Partnership development

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) MBA is a plus
