Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage and mentor BDEs / sales team.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams.
