About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and ambitious
Business Development Executive
who is passionate about connecting businesses with the right talent. If you've worked in the manpower or staffing industry and enjoy building meaningful client relationships, this role will give you the platform to grow, explore, and make an impact.
You'll be at the heart of our business growth -- identifying opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and ensuring organisations across industries get the workforce solutions they need.
What You'll Do:
Reach out to potential clients and help them with their manpower, staffing, or outsourcing needs.
Plan and drive strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Build strong and lasting relationships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers in industries like manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, IT, and more.
Deliver engaging presentations, handle negotiations with confidence, and close deals.
Work closely with our recruitment team so that client requirements are well understood and delivered seamlessly.
Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For:
A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
1-2 years of hands-on experience in business development, staffing, or workforce outsourcing.
Familiarity with manpower solutions such as contract staffing, temporary hiring, or third-party payroll services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect and build trust.
A self-starter mindset -- driven by targets and motivated to achieve results.
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
