We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition and empanelment across India and GCC markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with companies in Oil & Gas, Construction, Hospitality, and Engineering sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for manpower supply (India & GCC)
Build long-term partnerships with corporates, EPC contractors, and HR consultancies
Prepare client proposals, contracts, and presentations
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to increase job requirements
Work closely with recruiters and operations team to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
4-7 years of business development experience in recruitment/staffing
Proven track record of empaneling clients in GCC/India
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
