About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships.
Knowledge of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
