Job Summary



The BDM in Real Estate is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting company projects, and driving property sales. The role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, channel partner management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for real estate projects Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for site visits and sales events Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms Guide customers throughout the sales process -- from inquiry to booking and possession Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth Coordinate with marketing, sales, and CRM teams for smooth deal closures Manage after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and referrals Prepare business development reports, proposals, and presentations

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales/BD preferred Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills Strong networking ability and target-driven approach Knowledge of local property market, legal documents & project approvals
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
