The Business Development Manager (Real Estate) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's real estate portfolio. The role involves market research, lead generation, channel partner management, and closing high-value deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and/or land projects
Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and site visits
Present real estate projects to clients and negotiate terms to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to deal closure
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and upcoming projects
Analyze market trends and customer preferences
Provide inputs to management on sales strategy and pricing
Channel Partner Management
Appoint, train, and manage channel partners and brokers
Conduct regular meetings and site visits with channel partners
Track channel partner performance and ensure target achievement
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with legal, CRM, marketing, and project teams
Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and pipeline tracking
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Knowledge of real estate market, documentation, and RERA guidelines
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
