Duties

Develop comprehensive strategic plans to target key markets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and strategic partners through proactive outreach and engagement. Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining momentum at each stage. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics. Coordinate cross-functional projects related to business development efforts, including product launches or market entry strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for expansion and innovation. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a competitive industry environment. Demonstrated success in generating new revenue streams through strategic planning and effective negotiation skills. Strong familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of marketing principles as they relate to lead generation and brand positioning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance standards is a plus but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or business development are advantageous.
