Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, networking, and outreach.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct property site visits, open houses, and client presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from prospecting and negotiations to final closure.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (advantage if familiar with the Noida market).
Strong communication, convincing ability, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram for client interactions.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
