Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

? Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying.

? Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.

? Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

? Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

? Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.

? Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders.

? Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

? Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

? Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

? Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

? Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

? This role requires the candidate to be on constant travel to meet prospective client locations within the city

Requirement:

? 2-4 Years of experience is desirable

? Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill

? Stakeholder management skills.

? Proven ability to negotiate.

? Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.

? Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
