Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market through targeted outreach, networking, and market research Develop comprehensive strategic plans to expand the company's client base and project portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction Lead negotiations for property deals, joint ventures, and partnership agreements to maximize value for all parties involved Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our offerings Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of development initiatives Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement

Experience



Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry or related fields Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through strategic planning and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing client relationships Familiarity with project management principles to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences Experience in marketing strategies tailored for real estate or property development is a plus Ability to develop long-term client relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities
