Key Responsibilities:
Source & identify projects, societies, land parcels for development / redevelopment.
- Conduct feasibility studies & technical due diligence of the identified leads / projects to check the potential for business generation.
- Evaluate the projects based on the DCR rules in order to maximize development potential.
Carry on financial analysis and prepare projections for expected revenue from the project across project timeline.
Coordinate with architects and liaison teams to assess project technicalities, ensure compliance with DCR & other regulatory requirements.
Prepare a detailed proposal highlighting feasibility analysis, technical details, development potential & revenue projections and submit the same for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-5 years in land acquisition / society redevelopment in Mumbai region.
In depth understanding of DCR rules, statutory regulations and other technicalities involved in project development / redevelopment.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to communicate and coordinate with various parties to achieve results.
Should have strong understanding of technical aspects related to project development and construction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
