Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis to expand the company's client base. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, maintaining detailed records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies continuously. Track performance metrics, prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management. Oversee project management tasks related to new business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment. Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through execution while coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively. Deep understanding of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts and brand positioning. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences. Knowledge of business development techniques, market analysis tools, and industry best practices. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a proactive approach toward opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
