In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing partnerships with developers, landowners, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have deep market connections, strong negotiation skills, and a history of exceeding targets in real estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities with developers, landowners, and investors.
? Strategic Pitching: Present the company's services to C-suite stakeholders.
? Deal Structuring: Work with internal teams to structure transactions.
? Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position our offerings effectively.
? Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (promoters, CEOs, etc).
? Revenue Targets: Own and exceed quarterly/annual business development goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile: ? Experience: 3+ years in real estate business development (preferably with a developer, consultancy, or firm like JLL/CBRE/Colliers).
? Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in land deals, joint ventures, leasing, or capital raising for real estate projects.
? Network: Strong existing relationships with builders, landowners, or institutional investors.
? Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills--must be polished, articulate, and persuasive.
? Languages: Fluency in English + Telugu/Kannada for client interactions.
? Own Transport: Must have a two-wheeler/car for client meetings.
? Personality: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with high-stakes negotiations.
