Should have very good knowledge in real estate sales segment. Responsible to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s strong presence. Responsible to generate sales as per the targets. Responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Responsible to maintain the new customer record & updating time to time w.r.t. Sales. Responsible for crafting sales plans strategically for self as wells as for team to increase sales. Responsible for team training from time to time and oversee sales improvements. Responsible to oversee efforts to expand lead generation through cold calling, emails, and other methods. Responsible to establish Customer Relationship. Facilities management- meetings/guests, event management / road shows / cultural activities, and festivals celebrations. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Must have 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 Years experience in sales in Real Estate / Infrastructure Industry. Strong networker & relationship builder Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience Should have fluency in English and local language. Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Sales and Marketing) Remuneration : \xe2\x80\x93 Commission / Incentive / Long Terms benefits Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 940,000.00 - 960,000.00 per year Benefits:
