Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property site visits, closing sales deals, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and strong knowledge of the real estate landscape in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients
Conduct property site visits based on qualified leads and customer requirements
Present company offerings and real estate projects clearly and confidently to clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions at various project stages
Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure timely client communication
Collaborate with internal teams to align on project updates and customer feedback
Drive sales conversions through professional engagement and structured pitch delivery
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Strong fluency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively with the internal sales and marketing teams
A client-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler preferred)
Open to working full-time from the office
