Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing feasibility reports, a thorough understanding of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) regulations for property development, and experience in filling out tenders for redevelopment projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Feasibility Studies:
Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies
Prepare detailed feasibility reports that provide insights into project viability and profitability.
2. Regulatory Knowledge:
Stay updated on all relevant MCGM regulations, policies, and procedures related to property development.
3. Tender Preparation:
Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for redevelopment projects.
4. Market Research:
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for real estate development.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
5. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Project Management:
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment between business development goals and project execution.
7. Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and project status for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in business development within the real estate sector.
Proven experience in preparing feasibility reports and thorough knowledge of MCGM regulations.
Strong understanding of the tendering process for redevelopment projects.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software tools for project management and analysis.
