Role and Responsibility:
? Connect with builders or developers and forge deals for bulk buying.
? Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
? Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
? Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
? Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
? Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders.
? Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
? Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
? Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
? Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
? Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
? This role requires the candidate to be on constant travel to meet prospective client locations
within the city.
Requirement:
? 2-4 Years of experience in real estate or property sales or property acquisition is mandatory.
? Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
? Stakeholder management skills.
? Proven ability to negotiate.
? Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
? Conflict resolution.
? Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
? A go getter, who is hungry to be a part of fabulous growth story.
? 6 days working and 1-day rotational week off.
