To identify, develop, and acquire new customers for Lumirise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, industry networks, and referrals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Client Acquisition
Convert leads into business through effective presentations, solution proposals, and relationship-building.
Drive sales negotiations and close deals with new customers.
Market Development
Explore new geographical territories and untapped customer segments.
Conduct competitive analysis to position Lumirise as a preferred brand.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a territory-wise sales strategy to achieve targets.
Work closely with internal teams (Production, Quality, Planning) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain customer interactions and data in CRM tools.
Submit weekly reports on leads, conversions, and progress to management.
Requirements
Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales or business development (preferably in LED, lighting, or electronics).
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus
