Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell credit card products to potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and in-branch leads.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products and services.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for credit card applications.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Participate in promotional activities and campaigns as assigned.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
