Review daily sales reports, ensure CRM updates are maintained weekly, and monitor the enquiry conversion ratio (target >50%).
Recruitment & Team Retention
Identify manpower needs in key regions, assist HR in recruitment, and implement team retention strategies.
Outstation Visits & Market Surveys
