Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
+ Identify potential clients and sectors aligning with agency's portfolio and services.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
Sales & Prospecting
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in advertising and digital marketing space.
+ Leverage CRMs and tools like Apollo, Easyleads, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator to identify leads and right POCs (Marketing Heads, Brand Directors).
+ Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust pipeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
+ Present tailored proposals with detailed service breakdowns to justify quotations.
+ Follow up consistently to nurture leads and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
+ Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration
+ Work closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with agency capabilities.
+ Drive content marketing and thought leadership activities to enhance agency visibility.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development roles in advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies.
Experience in space selling in Pune/Maharashtra media industry is a plus.
Proven track record of securing high-value clients and growing revenue.
Strong understanding of the Pune & Maharashtra market landscape and network.
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi) with persuasive presentation and email writing skills.
Active on LinkedIn and other social platforms for professional networking.
Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
