Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth and profitability of clinics in the Pune region.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities - tie-ups with hospitals, ENT specialists, and referral partners.
Supervise and motivate the clinic teams to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members in achieving goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose business strategies.
Ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence across clinics.
Organize awareness programs, camps, and local marketing activities.
Report business performance to senior management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in team handling and business development.
Prior experience in
medical devices
,
healthcare
, or related field is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a plus.
Salary:
?25,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
