Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and closings with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create customer-centric solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury retailsegment.
Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
Represent the BRAND at high-profile events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales within luxury retail, premium furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products.
Strong knowledge of the furniture industry with an established network of clients, architects, and designers.
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
