We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our custom web, mobile application, and e-commerce development services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms, strong client communication skills, and the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. This role requires a proactive professional who can understand client requirements, generate quality leads, and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

Skills:



Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, and E-commerce development services and technology landscape. Proven experience working in the IT services industry. In-depth knowledge of online bidding platforms and their workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong client-handling abilities. Expertise in negotiation, proposal management, and deal closure. Familiarity with building and managing a structured sales pipeline. Basic understanding of sales tools used across different sales stages (prospecting, lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and closure). Working knowledge of sales strategies such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound prospecting. Ability to create outreach workflows and email sequences for cold email campaigns. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective proposals. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with minimal supervision. Familiarity with

CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online business tools

. Confident, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



Identify and evaluate new business opportunities on freelancing and bidding platforms such as

Upwork, Fiverr, etc.

Generate high-quality leads through

LinkedIn networking

, online portals, emails, and outbound communication/Cold Calling. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business. Prepare, customise, and submit

high-quality proposals

tailored to client needs and project scope. Manage the complete bidding lifecycle, including proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure. Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, leads, and deal status using CRM tools. Track sales performance metrics and prepare

weekly and monthly reports

. Achieve assigned revenue targets on a

monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

. Ensure repeat business by delivering consistent communication and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology) Minimum

1 year of experience

in business development and online bid management. Prior experience in a

service-based IT company

is mandatory.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
