As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure seamless execution while owning the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new business clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Drive revenue through lead generation, client meetings, and proposal presentations
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
Work with different engagement and delivery models based on client needs
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Experience working with international clients (US / UK / Canada) is a plus
