Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for open-source web technologies (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Laravel, Node.js, etc.).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.
Develop strategies to promote the company's open-source web development services.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and RFP responses.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
Manage the entire business development cycle -- from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and account management.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility.
