Overseeproject handling and ensure timely delivery with complete client satisfaction.
Manage and nurture email marketing leads to convert them into active clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing) for smooth project execution.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless communication.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand business growth.
Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and documentation of all business development activities.
Coordinate with the team to align goals, discuss project progress, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience
in Business Development or a similar role.
Strong experience with
Upwork
and
freelance platforms
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Experience in
team handling and project management
.
Ability to handle
email marketing leads
effectively.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
