We are seeking an experienced and results-driven manager - business development to lead our client acquisition efforts, particularly via platforms like upwork, freelance, etc. the ideal candidate will have a hybrid skill set spanning digital marketing, full stack development, ui/ux, and front-end development--combined with a strong ability to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and client acquisition through upwork and other platforms
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients
Respond to proposals and craft compelling bids and pitches
Meet or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of $5,000 usd
Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in business development, especially on freelance platforms like upwork, guru, freelance, etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, full stack development, full stack development, and front-end skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
