Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
Distribute qualified leads among team members and track lead progress.
Actively call and convert leads provided by the company.
Support and train the team on sales techniques, pitch delivery, and objection handling.
Monitor individual and team performance through CRM and daily reports.
Close key deals personally and assist team members in closing their leads.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth lead flow and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
Graduate /Post Graduate.
3+ years of experience in inside sales or business development.
Excellent verbal communication and sales conversion skills.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools .
Willingness to take ownership of targets and lead by example.
