Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive business development manager to spearhead sales and marketing initiatives for Mukim Ayurvedic Agencies. The role demands building strong relationships with doctors, retailers, and institutional clients, driving consistent sales growth, and ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Ayurvedic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Expand the customer base by onboarding new doctors, retailers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Conduct product presentations and educate doctors/wellness practitioners about product benefits to encourage prescriptions and recommendations.
Develop partnerships with hospitals, wellness centers, and clinics for institutional sales.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, retailers, and channel partners.
Ensure regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and problem resolution to strengthen client trust.
Marketing & Promotion
Execute marketing campaigns, in-clinic promotions, retail promotions, and awareness programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that increase brand presence in the Ayurvedic healthcare sector.
Sales Record & Reporting
Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales, orders, payments, and client interactions.
Maintain sales data reports and provide timely updates to management.
Track sales performance against targets and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Ayurveda, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales/business development (Ayurveda, FMCG, or pharma preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain detailed documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business expansion.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
