Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

to spearhead growth for our

digital marketing and e-commerce service offerings

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue by promoting services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and E-commerce Growth Solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

in the digital marketing and e-commerce services space. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and online platforms. Pitch and present

digital marketing solutions

(SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) to potential clients. Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and strategy) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals. Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools to refine business approaches. Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets and revenue goals

. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

digital marketing services and e-commerce solutions

. Excellent communication, presentation, and

consultative selling skills

. Ability to understand client requirements and design

tailor-made digital strategies

. Proven track record in

business development or sales

in a digital/marketing agency. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment. Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in

business development/sales for digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce services

. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, analytics, e-commerce growth) is a must.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,961.92 - ₹35,000.00 per month
