Experience: 1-3 years in sales/BD (transportation, SaaS, or related field preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic BDM to drive business growth and manage client relationships for our clients cab services startup. The role involves both field operations and business development, ensuring smooth service delivery and expansion of their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 10-15 client in person meetings per month to strengthen relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard clients.
Act as the bridge between clients and operations team.
Present and promote their SaaS-based cab platform effectively.
Handle escalations and provide end-to-end client support.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (field role).
Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or SaaS sales will be an advantage.
