Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to join our growing team and drive new client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Generate qualified leads via email outreach, LinkedIn, business directories, and strategic partnerships Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and pitch digital marketing services Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Draft business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Work closely with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding Track and report KPIs, pipeline, and revenue metrics to leadership Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry insights

Requirements:



2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital agency) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Strong negotiation and closing abilities Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, etc.) Familiarity with business listing portals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email automation tools is a plus

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
