We specialize in vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS), flow wrap, PFS, and aseptic packaging solutions. As we expand our footprint in Karnataka, we're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our business in the Bangalore region.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of packaging machinery in the Bangalore and Karnataka region Manage client inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the production and technical teams for demos and trials Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits as needed Report regularly on pipeline, performance, and regional insights
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial or packaging machinery sales Strong understanding of the packaging industry or B2B capital equipment sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in sales target achievement Willing to travel across Karnataka as needed Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
Compensation

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Will be discussed based on experience.
