Job Description

A real estate Business Development Manager (BDM) identifies and sources new real estate opportunities (commercial, residential, or land), conducts market research to understand trends, builds and maintains relationships with developers, brokers, and investors, conducts feasibility studies, structures and negotiates deals, and works to meet business growth targets by creating strategic partnerships. The role requires excellent networking and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of real estate markets, and a proactive, target-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification

: Identify and source new real estate opportunities, such as land acquisition or strategic partnerships.

Market Research

: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Relationship Building

: Network and build strong relationships with key stakeholders like developers, brokers, intermediaries, and investors to generate a continuous pipeline of opportunities.

Deal Management

: Screen opportunities for legal and financial feasibility, support deal structuring, and work to close contracts.

Strategic Planning

: Contribute to the overall business development strategy by developing growth strategies and evaluating new markets.

Business Development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Reporting

: Maintain trackers of leads and opportunities to ensure systematic follow-ups and keep senior management updated on activities.

Industry Representation

: Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance market presence.
Skills & Qualifications

Networking

: Excellent networking and relationship management skills, especially with brokers and intermediaries.

Negotiation

: Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities.

Market Knowledge

: A deep understanding of real estate markets, trends, and dynamics.

Proactiveness

: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.

Analytical Skills

: Ability to assess and analyze new markets and opportunities.

Communication

: Strong communication skills for presentations and building rapport with clients and partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
