Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
Experience specifically in
non-IT staffing sectors
such as light industrial, clerical, or administrative is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits as required.
